I think I did not pay attention enough reading the basic about the forum like code of conduct and rules and I cannot find it back.

I would like to find where it is saying what I have to do so I can set up avatr and send private messages..

Well I have a hard time with bad concentration, too much brainwash and then I just want to know quick and easy when I can send private messages.

For sending a message there are a few ways to do so. I’ll give ya the skinny! If not on the home page look at the upper right and you should see an envelope. Click on that and input in the name of individual you wish to pm.
Also check frequently as the envelope does not indicate when you have received a response. You are free to try to pm me if you wish.

The little green shoulders and head at the bottom of a Avatar will bring up a menu that will let you message a member

Thank you for your help! I got the avatar setted up but last time I tried to send a private message it said that I can only message the staff...
