Hmmm except unix dates are stored as signed 32 bit integers and will overflow on that date. There a lot of 32 bit processors still active and lots of embedded processors are not 64-bit and are used in everything from cars to planes. Your router, the cnc machines at my work....a good number of things.

Perhaps ATS has changed a lot beyond the standard T&C stuff, of which I certainly dont see any violations.

I see a lot of rude poopooer's, but keeping the true date hidden from primitive peoples long ago would be extremely easy if they were not aware how it works. The year could very well be off.

The OP's voice was heard. The rest of the board is not under any obligation to give OP's voice credence. Attempting to claim that because a dissenting opinion was offered (one of the other voices covered under "all voices") that somehow the OP's voice was squashed is silly.

the 2012 date was based on the mayan calender. christians and jews not understanding math and astronomy is irrelevent. whats left of the mayan people all agreed the world would not end in 2012. 2012 was the end of a mayan baktun cycle.

Me neither, but that's beside the point. A public forum does not mean that any old drivel must be accepted. Rather the opposite. If you are going to claim something on a public forum, you'd better be able to defend it and show why you think it is true. To do otherwise is like giving everyone a participation trophy so they can feel good about themselves. ATS is not the Special Olympics.

The op may have had a valid point if you trawl through old history books as some monuments seem to have been moved slightly to make things line up , Stonehenge has been moved and rye bar is poking out of things in Egypt which have strange machine marks on some of them , i have come across many figures over the decades in books as to the length of the day and position of the planets in ages past a year of 200 days then 280 then 320 them 360 +5

12 months consisting of 30 days
1 month consisting of either 5 or 6 days depending if its a leap year.

12x30 = 360
360 + 5/6 = 365/366
