UK to Target 'Affluent' Middle-Class Drug Users

They have jobs and homes, so they're "affluent" lol. Pay no attention to the...what would we call them... Ultra-affluent folks above the merely affluent. Their bored rich lives would never lead them to want to use some mind and body stimulating coc aine, the drug that makes you feel like a God...

The thing is. it is not illegal to be high. Only possession. So would be down to the quantity they posses.

Lets see. Stabbings, rapes, acid attacks.. yup the middle class drug users is where our focus should be.

Be glad you are not in Thailand then, it's a crime there.
I was once in a raid at a Bangkok nightclub dancing away when the lights came on and loads of cops with sticks separated males and females then we had to do urine tests before we got a ticket off the guys in the lab coats to let us leave.
I thank my lucky stars I only had alcohol in my bloodstream that night.
