I won't come right out and call her a liar. Lots of people have distorted things they remember incorrectly. Also, if she was high or drunk, she may remember things wrong or maybe she is missing some memories leading up to the event. She may even have the wrong person for all we know, another guy with the same first name or a similar name. She may have been too buzzed up to remember things right also. Why is she bringing this up now anyway...just to stir up trouble for the Republicans?

If you had experience with the legal system you would know truth is not everything, its nothing. All that matters is what you can prove.

They do not need a court trial to stop this guys confirmation for the job. This is about discrediting the guy as a judge candidate. Allegations are all that is needed to stop this guy from getting the job. This is a Liberal ploy at work to try to discredit Trump's and the conservatives pick.
