I think he would make a good judge.

The people are just terrified that some of the women's rights , rights to their own bodies that they fought so hard and long to get, will be taken away. That is what this is truly all about.

Though I personally don't think roe vs wade will ever be overturned. I don't blame them for being afraid. The us doesn't have a great history when it comes to women's rights...

If Democrats get a majority, they will write a law to give them that authority. Don't doubt it!

Stupid thing about statements like that is this will keep the right wing base fired up, and cause some independents to not go with the democrats in themed term because well average people are more concerned with the economy, jobs etc rather than SJW freak outs... and yet this accusation with no witnesses (yet) and no evidence= a PC freak out.

No, it was politics and it didn't require gutter smear tactics. The Senate confirms, Harry Reid changed the rules, the Republicans took control of the Senate and used his rule. Pull up your pants and accept a loss like adults. Or, as Obama said, elections have consequences.

This is a new low even for the Democrats. For them to set aside the foundation of our justice system so they might retain power is one of the most despicable acts in US history. Innocent until proven guilty.

A 36 year old allegation that a juvenile boy groped a juvenile girl at an unknown location and unknown time whose supposed witnesses have sworn under oath that they don't recall the event. Which is more than can be said about the accuser who is yet to meet the same ethical standard of testimony under oath.

The fact that she is a psycologist who's repressed memories were brought out in therapy with another psycologist six years ago raises many questions. Where has she been for the last 6 years? Its OK for her that a sexual predator sits on the District Court but now its not OK because its SCOTUS? Did they uncover any alien abductions in those repressed memories?

Why did she scrub her social media, hire a lawyer and buy her own lie detector test if she planned on staying anonymous?

God help us all if a blue wave really does occur.

Brett Kavanaugh was CONFIRMED as a Supreme Court Justice Today. Even as he was being sworn in, Democrat Nancy Pelosi was unveiling plans that will hurt the Democratic party even more...

Today, House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi announced she planned to file a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request to obtain documents related to the FBI's supplemental probe of Kavanaugh, which senators said showed no corroboration of the decades-old sexual misconduct allegations against him. FBI background checks on judicial nominees have traditionally been kept confidential so that only senators, White House officials, and certain aides can view them.

“In purposefully limited the FBI investigation, it is clear the Republicans were not seeking the truth,” Pelosi, D-Calif., wrote in a statement. “They were seeking cover to do what they wanted to do anyway. To add insult injury they blocked the public’s access to the report.”

Pelosi also requested any communications from Senate Republicans to the FBI concerning the scope of the investigation. Congress is legally exempt from FOIA requirements, and it was not immediately clear to what extent the FBI would respond to Pelosi's request.
