A "Deja Vu" conversation ...

I can't even say it was a dream.

It was far more uncanny.

But when I pitched for my training session, in the locker-room, my trainer says, today I've got a surprise for you.

I can already see it must be something sadistic, but hey I'm volunteering for this.

So I say, "I hope you don't keep me in suspense?"

And then the whole joke, how do you keep an idiot in suspense. I'll tell you just now. Or, as I said: "I'll tell you tomorrow".

As I imagined it was a lot of push-ups, and sit-ups and running around, but thinking of that conversation still freaks me out.

And now it occurs to me, I had the exact same conversation in my mind, with a satire on the discourse between Krishna and Arjuna in the Bhagavad-Gita just 12 hours before in this thread (top of page 2): www.abovetopsecret.com...

Same words (almost exactly), but in a different context.

I think that was Deja Vu.

He wants to be all powerful and sarcastic and bombard me with these questions.

Meanwhile I have all the answers, because I had this conversation before.

I think eventually it freaked him out a bit.

But I clearly wasn't dreaming (as precognition often is).
I wrote it here, on ATS.
And the exact same conversation happens 12-hours later.

The experience of déjà vu involves having that feeling of knowing in a situation in which you are experiencing something totally new.

You did not just feel it you experienced it so I think it is not deja vu

Im with you. I think this is more synchronicity. However I do not subscribe to the belief that synchronicity means nothing. At times in ones life it makes itself known everywhere, day to day across many avenues.

Other times it is completely absent for years on end. There is something to that. Imo.

Yes I agree and have experienced some amazing things myself.

I used to get déjà vu relatively frequently but as I've gotten older it's lessened.

To the point where I now cannot remember the last time it happened.

Is this true for anyone else?

Yes it has lessened for me as well.although the synchronicity thing resurfaced last week.

My cat brought me a tiny baby mouse that I saved and kept until it recovered............I decided to call him Gerald. That night I was watching a program were a woman was drawing a beard on her face saying I think I will be a man today....I will be called...........I said Gerald at exactly the same time as she said...Gerald.

in all this nothingness and having no need for anything including survival i knew you were the type of guy who d count and record his synchronious moments.
