I offended a bunch of bikers at a country pub on the weekend and they all added me on facebook and I didn't realise it was the bikers and they all typed the letter 'X' onto my display picture and must've used it for channeling because I got dizzy from the posts and this is a common occurance in places where there are many psychics like Australia, due to need for survival.

Preparing yourself is a thing. even if during an attack you know you wont be able to remember them all.how and what the preperation was about.

spend time with people especially with people you like or are like minded. this is most of the preperation. but know that there will always be time that you will wish not all people are on your side and it is a very lucky thing. during attack what these people said or do and yourself will stable yourself back into position.

During the attack decrease the exterior stimuli. not to ease it few things will ease it when it comes but to be aware for your next attack and following development.
