Ideally - something that would let me get paid to spend my time out in the wilderness, like a park ranger or something. I don't think that will happen though. Once I get a real job and start saving money, I'd like to eventually save enough to open a strip club. Why? Because there's tons of money in it and I wouldn't have to work for someone else, which I hate.
Until then... I'm kinda sorta considering becoming a cop if I can't get a decent job within my degree field once I have enough money to move. I know, I know... I've blasted cops on here plenty of times for being a bunch of thugs and criminals.
But it seems so fun...

Be a comedy writer and inventor. Hopefully become rich off either of those

I want to die with no regrets. I want to explore all this reality has to offer. I want to always be on a journey and never attain or reach my goals. I hope my thirst is never quenched.

What a trip.

I am going to retire soon, and on a piece of my property close to the road I am going to open a bar called the Mud Pit.

Open mic for anyone who wants to say anything, chairs bolted to the floor, all drinks served in red solo cups and weapons checked at the door.

I figure it will entertain me for the rest of my life.

Its easier to say what you don't want to do in life.

Work
Work
Work

Its a reoccurring theme.

What I would like to do is hunt vampires and werewolves for a living. Theyre out there you know closer than you may imagine.

Real job - Salaried position that pays a livable wage, as opposed to something like $10/hr part-time.

My degree is in a certain IT field. I actually have an interview tomorrow for an IT assistant position, so it's a foot in the door at least... Right now my only focus is to save up enough money to move elsewhere for work, since I made the mistake of moving to the sh*ttiest state in the country (Florida) 4 years ago and have been in miserable hell ever since.

Does the job you do for salary matter or is it simply about the salary/security? Honest question. I always fought the *dream* of the traditional 9-5. I think I won? But I get it.

Good luck on your interview. I wish you well.

I pretty much already doing what I want with my life which is great.
22 year career in the IT field, just started with Blizzard Entertainment for this phase of that career.
LIving life pretty much the way I want or feel is best for my family.
It wasn't easy getting to that point but the sacrifices made throughout my career are worth what Im doing currently.

Oh lord, I love your post. I am also a generally f*ck the police kind of guy. Mainly because they give me anxiety anytime I see one on the road, even if I havent broken any laws. Never felt safer in their presence.

That all being said - oh my god it seems so fun. Never ever ever let me become a cop. I would have entirely too much fun screwing with people. I drive a dodge sedanright now with blacked out windows, it looks like an undercover unit.

So often, people start driving squirrely because they think I am a cop. Numerous times I have wished I had one of those old fashioned police lights you stick on the roof just to screw with people on the road. Mainly bad/dangerous drivers.

Hey, at least I can admit it. I would be a complete asshat officer. That also being said, I can understand their antics a bit.
