Anyone heard of Statute of Limitations, or laches?? Lol To motion to the court to hear the merits of a case in civil court and investigate for criminal prosecution, time limits apply! For the dems to be allowed to dig up “alleged misconduct” from so far back would never be allowed to be admitted in evidence if this wasnt a “witch hunt”. This type of unfounded and antiquated allegation is nothing more than a last effort attempt at delaying the ineveitable confirmation of Kavanaugh. I am aware that this isnt a court hearing and is actually a confirmation hearing, but it still boggles the mind to know how far the left is willing to go to discredit anyone and anything that might oppose their political view.

What?
Another "anonymous" source who doesn't want to pursue the issue, and a referral to federal agents for an anonymous allegation that outdates the statute of limitations?
Why do I have to live in this country? Why do I have to put up with this stupidity?

This 19 seconds of Ruth Ginsburg's interview from this past weekend is hard to watch.
twitter.com...
The entire interview is unwatchable. Justice Ginsburg uses 5 minutes to utter a 20 word response at one point.
Me thinks President Trump should start reviewing his list of potential SCOTUS nominees once again.

If she retires or passes away in the near future to wherever she is to be going in the afterlife, the Dems will riot if DJT is POTUS and can pick another.

If she does die soon, hopefully it will be in 2020, so the Dems can use the same tactic the #tard Republicans used to stop Obama from appointing Scalia’s successor. It was a success for the #tard Republicans, so it should be a similar success for the Dems.
