that attitude disgusts me and should be stomped out. Too weak and ineffective to follow the damn laws as they are written. And thinking that your attitude is morally just, so it supersedes the constitution.

You're allowed to talk to people from other nations. You're not allowed to conduct diplomacy with people from other nations that's for the diplomats appointed by the President sweety.

We all know that many like "soundguy" would screech like a cat with its tail caught under a rocking chair if it were a GOP person in Kerry's place--y'know rwnj's.

Of course, conversely, there'd be others cheering him/her on.

The law is the law. Enforce it, or remove it as it's pointless if not enforced.

Kerry was most definitely, despite efforts to twist the meaning of it, in violation of Federal statutes that have been in place for well over a century.
