I'd take it with a big pinch of salt rather than taking it at face value. I've seen it scores of times on ATS when a member publicly states they were banned because of site bias when it wasn't the case. Or we see members saying they were banned for no reason and never had any communications. A falsehood.

Now this guy on FB is saying he was banned merely for mentioning AJ. Has anyone in this thread searched FB for recent references to AJ? Has anyone here tried making a post that mentions AJ? Is everyone else getting banned for mentioning AJ? Otherwise it's more likely (if he was banned) that there are other reasons.

W hat makes this a very interesting exercise in thought I think is that I would 100% agree with you except for the fact that these companies are currently protected by the government from libel and defamation suits amongst other things. If they choose what to censor and what not to censor i think they argument can be made that they should be able to be held liable in these manors and be named in lawsuits.

You have been tricked into believing that our Constitution is outdated and irrelevant. It is not. Also, it isn't that ancient, and it does not live and breath. It is a solid rudder that has navigation us over many a stormy sea and will continue to do so.

There are processes for amending it, and it is not done lightly. People that have no respect, historical understanding, and appreciation for the value of that document don't deserve to be in this country, imo.
