I asked him if he was against the censorship on this site and he said he wasn't because he can say what he wants to here, we both know mods are mostly right leaning here . so what other conclusion can I reach ?

As for the mods here?....They're a mixed bag and generally very fair.

What kind of stupid strategy would it be to try to somehow damage conservatism by silencing trolls from the absolute fringe?

Probably the same kind of strategy those 11 or 12 Russian hackers used to manipulate our election from facebook.

These tech companies are now on very shaky ground. They have morphed into something else and it is now affecting livlihoods and government.

I agree with your points but just would like to point out that censorship is not just a tactic of the left. Historically, both sides are equally as guilty, if not more so on the right. And to say that MSM and the big social networks are left leaning isn't correct either. They favor corporatist-globalism. Toward the end of the Vietnam war the MSM routinely reported in a manner that was anti-war. Do any of the MSM seem anti-war to you over the past two decades? Do MSM routinely report on corporate crime or negligence? The answer to these questions, in my mind, is that they will only report on these things when it fits their corporatist agenda.
