I share the view that Trump is unconventional, many times I disagree with his policies. But when I compare his behavior to that of the Left 'leaders', he seems pretty normal to me...

Those you compare Trump with are not in office. They are not POTUS.
But I finally get it.
Trump presidency is such a disaster that you guys have to compare him with worst of the worst.
All your arguments boil down to one thing ... but Hillary... but Maxime... But this... But that....
That's all you Trump apologists keep on parroting..
You elected a corrupt madman so you have to keep convincing yourself that he was the right choice.

I have a slight suspicion that you 'might be' a Democratic partizan. But, please correct me if I am wrong....

The problem with most partizans is that they refuse to see anything that does not confirm their bias. They will also be triggered by anything that does nog fit their party's narrative. So sad... (fits both sides!)

I somehow doubt you are from the Netherlands. You sure do sound like most of the inbred Q rednecks on this site

They are the persons who are presented to be on the ballot in 2020, so you can judge them based on that, don't you agree?
In a different topic I could present you a list of Trump-policies I do not agree with. I am not saying he is 'normal', but that was not my point. And I agree they are indeed 'the worst of the worst'.... That was kinda my point...
I don't like politics based on ones person and out of context opinions presented as facts, I prefer politics based on the policies and actual facts.

I don't know if I have to take it as a compliment or not, that you state that I am actually from the USA. I guess it is a compliment to my English teacher...

Hi Folks!
As a disclaimer: I am not an American but a citizen in the Netherlands, I'm not a Democrat, I am not a Republican. I consider myself a bit to the right in the political spectrum, but it can vary on specific topics. I do actually read a lot about the US (& politics) from the larger and smaller news outlets in the US, but also from e.i. RT, BBC, Dutch news, German news and so on. So I am not uninformed!

The Left in the US is screeching about Donald Trump that he in unhinged and emotionally unstable, so he cannot be President. Even calling for the invokement of the 25th amendement...................

He seems 'normal' to you??.................er, okay then!

Aside from that, the most recent calls for the 25th are supposedly from Trumps own White House, and if this is true??

Do I sniff yet another Breitbarter amongst us.

If Kamala and Maxine is their idea of stable I can understand why they think Trump is unstable, fortunately they got it backwards.

Who in the White House is calling for that?

Of course. Attack the character. Saul would be proud.

As opposed to liberals comparing him to Hitler? I finally get it. You think your opinion is fact and state it as such. Maybe try using "in my opinion" next time. For me, it's just another day of living in the US.

And us conservatives are fighting to keep that Constitution that YOU take for granted every, single, day.

Right! Like the right to protest? Freedom of the Press? Libel laws? Checks and balances? The Emolument Clause? Protecting the judicial system? Supporting the Intel Community?

Last I checked, you could still protest, still have a lying news media, still vote out people from power, still vote for judges, and still spy on your own people. Let me know when Trump takes that power away from us.

But CNN told me the world would be ended by now!

Last I checked it was liberals saying free speech needs to be less free because it's racist.

But our President thinks it should be illegal, and that protestors should be carried out in stretchers.

Let me know when Trump takes that power away from us.

It has already happened. Climate change data, national parks being sold off to highest bidder, environmental rollbacks, roll back of equal rights through religious pretense, re-appropriation of public education funds to the private sector, threats women's reproductive services against the will of the majority of citizens. I could elaborate, go on, but I'm just wasting my time with guys like you.

Calling people out for their racism, revealed through their speech isn't an attack on free speech.

Sorry, not reality. I'm talking about liberals saying free speech is a tool of oppression and needs to be curtailed.

BS! Please cite a prominent "liberal" politician calling free speech "a tool of oppression and needs to be curtailed."

No you are far from getting it...
2 years in and no one can find evidence of this "madman's" master plan. We compare him to his peers. What's so wrong with that?

What has actually happened is taxes have fallen and the employment numbers are at levels not seen in decades.

But...
"Mah vagina!"
I get it, and...
Get over it.

He also cursed profusely, loved the N-word, expanded our presence in Vietnam, and still manages to be a leftist hero.

Says the guy from one of the most socialized countries in the world, the Netherlands. Where abortion are not under attack and on demand abortions are allowed up to 24 weeks, paid family leave is guaranteed for both parents, where they have, socialized medicine, individual child care financial benefits and public daycare, public education, etc., etc., etc.,

Does that bum you out, OP?

That doesn't necessarily mean this poster agrees with all that.

Indeed, in many cases I do not, but his (?) post was purely to distract and divert from the topic: the hypocisy of the left for calling Trump emotially unfit for president, when the Dem candidates are crying on national tv...
