I agree, the hotmic comment was very interesting. That comment alone seems to indicate that this could have far reaching ramifications—depending on if the CongressAnon isn’t someone pretending. The play-by-play was very good and imaginative if someone made it up!

I believe we have miss translated this! To date we have associated it with submarines.

Ober can translate from German to English as:
a) The QUEEN in a pack of cards, OR
b) To be in command

There are references in this thread somewhere to the Deepstate or the Cabal being the "Octopus"

Therefore Red October may translate as The Red Queen in command of the Octopus?

(Alternatively the Oct may refer to the 8, which could refer to a Queen's control of the 8x8 board).

Could be Cranky... it's the fact it joins WWI and WWII that's throwing me. I think more information is around now on who FUNDED each of the World Wars. (No person alive in both and still - unless we need to look at No Names dad/granddad in each of the Wars?)
