Both these groups are extremists. I see people taking sides just because these asshats are right or left of center. Both sides act like they aren't being extreme against the other ideology thought.

Some people on the right say to kill ANTIFA, then flip out when a Twitter gets deleted or video gets taken down from Youtube. Grow up.

I've seen some on the left call for elimination of the opposing extreme, but not quite to the same degree. More so with silencing and violence, but I haven't seen as many calls for death.

Called it how I see it, both sides wanting to silence the other. Either should be able to speak, no matter how extreme. Break the law, deal with the legal concequences. None of us gets to decide who live though, and private companies should decide who they give a platform do, as it's always effing been.

I can see a scene in Idiocracy where it's revealed Youtube, Twitter, and Facebook have all merged into one conglomerate joke:

I believe authorities should take a hard line against all those who use or promote violence and destruction of property instead of reasonable and fair protest.

Antifa, the KKK, crime syndicates, Neo-Nazi's and even otherwise unaffiliated Trump and Clinton supporters who call for violence should be sought out and prosecuted.

Yep.

Yes. That happens a lot. Not just on the right though. Remember all the calls for the death of Trump? They even tried to kill Republican politicians at that baseball game. So it is just as bad on the left also.

Would you die for your freedoms? When someone trys to take your freedom that can get a lot of people upset. Like the right to free speech. Violence is a speedy path to death.

Why shouldn't each person decide who they want to hear instead of private companies telling us who we are going to hear? I think that might be one of the problems people for free speech are concerned with.

While I appreciate your view and agree 100%, using the law is super appropriate and not an original idea.

All extremists are just that.

Let the law sort them out.

Breaking laws by people seem to be what the whole democratic party want. It is against the law to come to this nation illegaly. Shouldn't they want the law to sort that out also? Or the other problems with this country. It isn't just the Far left that is in confliction with the law.

They will grow up an move on.

When I was young we used to build tree houses and chain ourselves to trees where they were building roads through forests. Couldnt care less about the forest and am all for improving transportation, but the chance for a fight with the security companies and police was too much to ignore!

If I were 19 again, I would be fighting ANTIFA with my mates for sh*ts, might do it at 42 if they come to my town, still got a great right hook!

I don’t believe that is what the Democratic Party is actually about. That is just your perverted way of viewing it. Most likely because of propaganda that you read often. It is easy to assume one thing, it is hard to know another.

The Alt-Right: 'Let's murder everybody whose not a straight white man who shares our own ultra nationalist views.'

Antifa: 'Let's murder the Nazi's before they murder everybody else.'

These are not two equivalent and equal positions. Despite what Trump said.

For news and social media trends type noise I mainly just check out ATS (the anti-echo chamber), aside from when I put NPR on on the road since most the "radio music" is usually awful...

Around here I've only seen one person call for "putting down" Antifa.

But when Scalise was shot there breaking news thread rolled on for some 100 pages with an armada of "everyday liberals" in there playing Terrorist Sympathizer. I was so floored by it I even did a thread "Everyday Terrorist Sympathizers".

Although I did have something like it in mind for some time, as BLM = terrorist, Antifa = terrorist, Hillary's Paid Riot Squads = terrorist (because people that use violence to achieve political goals are by definition terrorists), and sticking up for these sorts fronts either outright, or "passive regressively" (derailing threads etc to break up the criticism freight trains) has been like the "everyday liberals" around here their daily milk & cookies (since I tuned back into news politics social media trends type BS after a long hiatus, in 2016).

Anyways, Twitter still hasnt banned #killallmen / #killallwhitemen, so I can see rationale in criticizing their politically motivated double standards. Companies like them are both figuratively and literally Public Utilities, so I'm beyond tired of these 'oh well its their company its a private company' type yada yada excuse mongering.

I say unless someone is calling for violence type drama, they shouldnt be auto-banned for having poor taste / being stupid / disagreeing / being a "conspiracy theorist" / etc.

Wow youre still fawning over Hillary's "Alt-Right Speech"?

"Alt-Right" isnt even a specific group, it isnt a political party... technically anyone against SJW / PC / DNC BS could be called "Alt-Right" (like how Hillary did it when she made the moniker a household name while blanket terming everyone against her and her diabolical BS while calling them every word for white supremacist).

But sticking to the stereotypical framework, has Richard Spencer even ever called for violence?

Antifa shows up wearing masks and carrying weapons because violence and mayhem is what they're there for. And to them anyone against them are "fascist" "nazi's", who should be punched. All while acting like their not the SJW equivalent of proper Neo-Nazi's.

I have been listening to the leaders of the Democratic Party talk. That is where I get my "perverted" way of viewing it.
