Fair point, but the Apollo LM did have banks of orange lights - you can see the reflections of them in these two Apollo 11 images

So on seeing orange glows in a lunar module window you can either go for 'reflections of orange lights from within the spacecraft' or 'a couple of UFOs that somehow the crew decided not to bother mentioning despite them appearing on at least 3 photographs'.

Occam's razor and all that.
