What are per acre prices up there? Above $4,000?

I've heard prices are crazy. I was talking with a guy who was telling me his dad sold some property up in WA for something crazy like $24,000/acre. I'm used to buying land at about $1,500/acre and below in quantity.

It varies a lot. (Pun intended.)

I was looking at 15 acres recently up for sale in the foothills. Rounds up to about 24k/acre. Yikes! Do you know where in WA that land was sold? I've never really been to apple country but I'll bet it's expensive.

Well look on the bright side, at least you have somebody around who actually likes cutting grass. Even though they suck at it, somebody has to do it.

Oh, she's actually really good at it. It was just an accident. The timing sucked, but it was an accident.
