Missing a T in your link. I see no blurs on Ketron Island. Sometimes you have to wait for the image to load, that might be the blur you are experiencing

If the photos of the launch are to believed then one might notice that the Island itself is socked in with clouds, above it. A launch from the Island would have obscured the view of the Missile trail and Missile.

What is seen is virtually all the contrail of the Missile, and the missile itself, at the edge of the cloud bank, closest to the camera. The size of the missile in the photo would indicate Medium range, and much closer to the camera, than the Island.

My conclusion, it was a water launch.

I made reference to this to a member here before I knew about this. I saw it happening on the East Coast, not west.

I think you're right. Snowden was creating the impression that he's working for Russia, but he's really been a clown all along.
