I believe it was an accidental "combination of multiple prescribed" meds.

As we see..can be deadly. Too bad...:/

I thought Art Bell died last year?.. Strange.

He disappeared for a long time before returning, which made me wonder what he'd found out, and wasn't 'technically' supposed to know about.
