Obama and McCain were hacked yet Obama still wanted a reset with Russia and told the Russian President he would be more flexible after the election. Here's an article from 2008.

Obama, McCain computers 'hacked' during election campaign

Hackers broke into the computer systems of the Barack Obama and John McCain campaign teams during the US presidential race and stole a ''serious amount of files" in an operation that US government cyber experts believe originated from China.

The Secret Service and FBI warned Obama and McCain earlier this year that their computer networks had been infiltrated by foreign hackers who downloaded large quantities of information from the campaign networks.

"You have been compromised, and a serious amount of files have been loaded off your system," an FBI agent said, according to a report in Newsweek magazine.

The report went on to say that technical experts speculated the hackers were Russian or Chinese. The FBI apparently told Obama the attack had not been carried out by political opponents.

Like Rand Paul said we do it more than other Countries. We install puppet Governments. Here's an article from the LA Times:

The U.S. is no stranger to interfering in the elections of other countries

The U.S. has a long history of attempting to influence presidential elections in other countries – it's done so as many as 81 times between 1946 and 2000, according to a database amassed by political scientist Dov Levin of Carnegie Mellon University.

That number doesn't include military coups and regime change efforts following the election of candidates the U.S. didn't like, notably those in Iran, Guatemala and Chile. Nor does it include general assistance with the electoral process, such as election monitoring.

This is about the election not Russia. Democrats, the media and never Trumpers are ready to start WW3 with Russia because Clinton lost the election. Trump committed the unforgivable sin. He won the election and embarrassed the media. If you watch election night videos, you will see they were gleeful when the exit polls came in and they though Clinton would win. The glee turned to dread around 10 PM.

Watch this epic take down of Wolf Blitzer by Rand Paul. The hatred in Wolf's face tells you everything you need to know.

Rand Destroyed poor little Wolf. Even he saw how unhinged he was getting. Two TDS references too. Well done Sen. Paul.

That's what it comes down to.

Hillary still can't take responsibility for her losing the election.

Way to stand tall, Senator Paul. His Daddy was supportive today too.

TDS just got called out on fake news. Sweet. TDS is real y'all!

We are not upset that Clinton lost the election. We are upset that she even ran. But come 2020 there will be a new face. One that cannot be trifled with. If you pay close attention Democrats are slowly stepping away from this bull snip about Trump. They are preparing for this lady that WILL win if she decides to run. And there is NOTHING the Republican Party can throw at her.

Best interview from Rand Paul that I’ve seen in a while. I’m interested to see what kind of ATSer responses/counters that his points generate... (eta: if any)

The world should make a foreign country trying to influence elections illegal. This includes countries that are allies trying to influence their allies elections too. That happens a lot everywhere. An Ex-president of the US endorses a candidate of a foreign country fairly often, that should be illegal too. Our citizens should be choosing our government, not France and Germany's leaders. They are presently showing negativity towards Trump which goes down to the Republican party. The Germans and other European countries should not try to steer our people into voting Democrat in the upcoming election. We should make a law that governs this practice.

You know that Key and Peele skit series with Obama and his translator?

Imagine Trump and Rand Paul instead: Trump says what Trump says about witch hunt, but then Rand Paul is there to translate, as he did here...

Obvious differences and it’s kinda inverted/twisted, I know, but that’s not the point.

Wolf Blitzer was obviously trying to distract himself by continuously interrupting Rand Paul so he wouldn't explode into full-blown episode of TDS. I could almost hear the collective reeEeeE's from over here.

Typical leftist strategy. Reminds me a lot of what happens here on ATS.

It was a mandatory diversity luncheon, okay?

You don't have to be such a cis gender reproductive organ about it!

All of you are wrong. This pick would be a VP. Try again.

Edit here.... She is young and a veteran. Two tours and not Caucasian. Too inexperienced to be a POTUS but would be a great VP. She possibly could be a POTUS but needs some serious grooming.

If she's for lower taxes, fewer regulations, smaller government, strong border security, then I may vote for her.

Lower taxes yes and fewer regulations is somewhat questionable. Smaller gubment not sure as the same goes for border security. I have been reading about her a lot recently. She does seem to flip flop a lot but she is a strong VP choice. Obviously Biden is going to run. Who he would pick as a VP has to be a new face. And in order for the Democrats to get back on “the horses a##” then they need something new. Someone that has military background. A strong female that will appeal to those that oddly wanted Hillary to win. We/they need someone that can tell it how it is. She has proven that she can.
