Mueller indicts 12 Russians for hacking into DNC

Special counsel Robert Mueller indicted 12 Russians on Friday, and accused them of hacking into the Democratic National Committee to sabotage the 2016 presidential election. The indictments, announced by Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein, come just days before a scheduled Monday summit in Helsinki between Trump and Russian President Vladimir Putin.

Rosenstein is doing a press briefing right now.

Goody, more indictments that will never see the inside of a courtroom.

I hope this batch goes better than the last round, where one of the defendants showed up to defend themselves and Mueller's team was completely unprepared.

It's just another dog and pony show.

SoOo... he indicts 12 people that he cannot extradite who will never show up in the US of A for trial.

Wow!! Amazing work there!!!

And the groupies take it as clear proof that the Russians meddled in the election.

And I told someone just the other day that Guccifer 2.0 wasn't a real person.

Timing is everything, they say.

However it goes down, I sure am enjoying the show!

For those of us that understand transfer speeds, can you point out how the Russian hackers transferred the contents of a thumb drive to the Kremlin?

Just wondering, because math is important in the real world...

Maybe now...and importantly, we get to know the names, and that it is not just a hacking portfolio!

Still looking for the docs but from what Rosenstein said, it sounds like:

Count 1: hacking

Counts 2-9: identity theft

Counts 10: money laundering

Count 11: for 2 separate defendants for it sounds like some sort of malicious destruction.

Rosenstein mentioned DCLeaks and Guccifer 2.0 by name. He implied DNC and DCCC as targets (but did not name them from what I heard) and I assume the other entity he referred to was WikiLeaks.

Because it's all BS sweety.

He has indictments that cannot be served to people who will never go to trial.

He is putting this out there and hoping that the DNC base will actually believe it is some sort of proof.

Odd this is popping off today, considering Gohmert came out yesterday and publicly stated they had evidence that it was brought up to the DNC that their server had anomalies and it was NOT Russian in origin?

Rosenstein was the biggest mistake Trump made besides Sessions IMO.....

Edit: I misspoke, it wasn't the DNC server Gohmert was speaking of, it was Hillary Clinton's closet server he was speaking of...

I love how the corruption that was exposed in those hacked emails was just swept under the rug, never to be spoken of again. Notably, the secret meetings between the DNC and members of the media. Democrat privilege.

Funny I didn't hear that. He was talking about about Hillary's server. Not the DNCs.
Not the same server not the same emails not the same FBI case.
