No 2 other people were arrested in the same “sting”..

A sting where they are charging people with a crime that 2017 article could find no record it had ever been used alone before..

That’s funny because all the Hollywood celebrities and the majority of athletes who are all specifically the most attractive people , with the most attractive wives are all liberals..

So much so the gop has to continuously dust off Scott bayo as the biggest name willing to promote rightwing propaganda..

CEOs are not known for their good looks and only get gold diggers. Lol

The alternate realities going on here are hilarious.

She broke a BS law that everyone agrees is a bs law to the point it has NEVER BEEN USED TO ARREST ANYONE BEFORE...

Never once..

They have only even added it to drug charges for a couple strippers they have busted a few times..

The 2017 article , that predates this, about the law could not find one example where someone was charged with only this law..

(post by JoshuaCox removed for political trolling and baiting)

No your not..

Because the vast majority of the time most of those type laws are disguarded..

The other article I linked , that predates this incident, so it has nothing to do with this case, couldn’t find one example of someone being charged or arrested for only this “crime”..

They found a couple examples of the police adding this charge on to strippers busted for drugs..

No one in Ohio history has ever been arrested for only doing this.. ever..

So they decided to do a sting to catch people doing something they NEVER even enforce???

Yea.. that makes sense..

It’s totally legit.

That is an out an out DAMN LIE!

My ole lady was a stripper and worked a few clubs in OHIO. They had strict rules because of the laws and if a club owner turned his head and the dancers did what Stormy did, it wouldn't be too long before the law came in undercover and a few naughty dancers got wrecked for it!

...and what does it say that we, as the citizens, allow it?

More importantly, don't, or can't be, bothered to anything about it?

Ms. Daniels, apparently, did break, or at least bend a law, got arrested. Turns out the law doesn't apply to her circumstances at the club. All charges dropped, she's released.

Story ends, though I'm sure she'll see some sort of pay day there, too. Could be she's right. I won't bother to follow the story to find out.

So again, whether or not a woman's case is believable (to you) is based entirely on her attractiveness (to you). So here we see the opposite of "She's too ugly to Rape"; 'She's too hot to arrest'. It's very interesting (not really) that your perception of women and their circumstances boils down to the value of their sexuality. Their political opinions and that value are only based upon physical traits, you put a very fine point on it in the above quote.

That’s the thing about odd blue laws. They are allowed to remain to be used if needed. The City of Oxford, Ohio has some good ones. Most all blue laws stem from the late 1800’s and early 1900’s ( the original progressive movement) and like the No Touch Law are for morality policing of the public. Most common blue law is No Sunday Alcohol Sale (and other Sunday Laws) that are slowly being removed or altered.

Why you ask? Because “upstanding citizens” should be in church worshiping the Lord and not be in a bathtub with a donkey on Sunday or parading your duck on Main Street which is a colorful description of drunken activities.

Memorial Day was originally called Decoration Day and is the language of the state law in Ohio. Look it up.

Targeted...Hahahaha....this whore has been showing her tata's around the country for months and NOW she is being targeted. She did something you NEVER should do and that is physical contact. If I was a local cop and had done a sting previously at the club I would go when she was there to. She has nice tatas...

The ONLY reason the charges were dropped is that she is not a regular employee and can play ignorant.

This is laughable to report on...

When I first heard about her arrest, my first thought was:
Publicity Stunt. She hadn't been in the news in weeks.

So nobody under the previous administration like say the IRS targeted people because of political reasons??

Like I said, she was arrested, last I read charges were dropped, she gets to whip this into another 15 mins in the spot light.

I don't care that much, in the long run this will just benefit her.

My question is would 90% of us even know this woman existed if she hadn't been with the president?

The president had a mistress...
So what.

Kennedy the leftists golden boy banged Monroe in the Whitehouse while the wifey and kids were home to liberal applause. Sorry not buying the virtue signal from some of you.

So how is this not oppression but paying taxes or not polluting supposedly is?

Arresting people for breaking the law is now oppression?

Tell me how oppressed you feel Manafort is.

A friend would like to know.

Arresting people for NOT breaking the law is
She didn't break any law, as she wasn't an employee...hense why the charges were dropped

critical thinking is hard, isn't it.

Daniels was charged with a little-used 2007 Ohio law, which prohibits strippers from touching patrons – or vice versa – unless they are a relative. But charges were dismissed because she wasn't a regular performer at that establishment – an odd caveat to the law.

"I’ve determined that these crimes were not committed, based on the fact that Ms. Clifford has not made regular appearances at this establishment as required under the law," Columbus City Attorney Zach Klein said

Considering what she was doing was actually illegal per the law, but due to a stipulation in said law she wasn't actually able to be charged.

Do strippers get badges to wear in Ohio to indicate they are immune under the written law? Critically think about it before answering...

All you gotta do is change the wording and suddenly she broke the law..golly gee kin..

Under an Ohio law passed in 2007, an employee who regularly appears nude or seminude at a sexually oriented business is prohibited from touching patrons, except for family members.

Employee
eeemmmmppllloooyyyeeeee
try to say it now...good

If you aren't an employee of the strip bar you are stripping at, then the dumb law doesn't apply to you.
You wouldn't make it far as a lawyer. The cops effed up, the charges were dropped, and appearantly (if we believe these fools), months and months of undercover work to try and bring down some big sex ring got tossed in the wind when they decided to go after Stormy and her motorboating....major crime bust, totally worth the taxpayers dollars even if she wasn't breaking the law.

That is right. Kennedy was President when he was doing it.
Trump was not.
This is nothing but selective virtuous outrage.

It's funny how people cheer on this huge waste of tax dollars then go on to complain about tax money spent on welfare...
