BTW there's many "lefties" who are veterans, the "right" do not run the gambit on military service.

From what I gather he didn't impersonate a vet, he played on the "blondness" of Mrs Palin.

Bad taste? Maybe but then there's usually s group offended by his work, usually the one with egg on their face.

maybe not 'mocking' but he was being hugely insulting and disrespectful by pretending to be one.
is he really supposed to be proud of taking advantage of Governor Palin's generosity? she participated expecting to be able to discuss veterans issues and her support of same. unbelievably low thing to do.
