I vote less gov. Everyone is responsible for their own actions. I hate the idea of abortion, but I would not want it forbidden by gov. Two People get careless and a child is created that is not wanted. Two sides here, who wants the abortion man or woman, man has no say but has to pay support. It's all up to the woman. The only one involved who has no choice at all. is the one who pays the ultimate price for the careless act is the child. Until the law gives men the right to refuse to be a father just as the woman can refuse to be a mother, it is an unjust law.

Those who should know better are misleading the masses. The Push to make it a States rights issue could happen. There are plenty of states that would legalize it, like Washington, Massachusetts, Oregon, New York, California, Connecticut, Illinois and at least 2-3 states in the south that would surprise most people.

The real issue isn't on those, but on the states that specifically construct laws banning it, and using the states rights ruling as an official right to declare war on abortion. The people already living in those states, and the people in other states who are extremely pro abortion will riot, they will smash windows, they will throw molotov cocktails. And they will continue to do so. Some states will change their minds. Some will not. Eventually people will grow tired of spending large sums of money on liquor bottles they don't drink, and instead put the zippo away and drink the contents. A few months later it will become the new normal. Enterprising people will create an underground railroad network for people who want abortions but live in states with bans, particularly minors having abortions.

This, in turn, will lead to law suits and arrests, rights of a minor arguments, and another appearance at the supreme court.

Here's my take.

The far left doesn't have enough support or votes to change the Constitution. And they hate most of it.

Obummer issued Executive Orders to bypass congress and to enact liberal policies without going through the real channels and getting the Constitution changed. Because they can't. They don't have enough support. So, they flail and bitch. It's like watching a 2 year old throwing a temper tantrum because they want another fudgesicle. Laws, are laws.

They hate them. They hate rules. They want everything to be wide open. No borders, few laws, and no enforcement.

The Constitution is the law of the land.

Is abortion in the Constitution?

NO.

So, again, they tried to do an end-around. And in the end, the exact same outcome will result. It just took decades to correct, to follow the Constitution.

Roe will end up overturned. The States will then be charged to decide for themselves. By either legislation or popular vote.

You know, like it's supposed to go.
