Considering the impoverish, crime infested state Mexico, itself, is in I am left a bit curious at how his plan to help alleviate poverty and crime in Central American countries outside of Mexico is actually going to benefit Mexico. Is his intent to ensure that Mexico remains as undesirable a place to live as possible in hopes that illegally emigrating Mexicans aren't simply replaced by refugees from the rest of Central America?
