The leftist President-elect of Mexico is "planning to create" on Mexico's southern border a new police force against Central Americans.

If Mexico can defend its' southern border, surely the US can too, right ?

Considering the impoverish, crime infested state Mexico, itself, is in I am left a bit curious at how his plan to help alleviate poverty and crime in Central American countries outside of Mexico is actually going to benefit Mexico. Is his intent to ensure that Mexico remains as undesirable a place to live as possible in hopes that illegally emigrating Mexicans aren't simply replaced by refugees from the rest of Central America?

Sure.

That would be a deal.
The southern Mexico wall would be a lot shorter and cheaper than the border wall with the US

this is step 1 in Mexico repairing it's relationship with the US.

He's right about the drug war, end and take the power away from criminals.

I was at a party one night and was talking to a Marine Major who was married to a well educated and very attractive Spanish girl from Mexico city. This was back in the late 80s or early 90s ? anyway there had been another cartel story with people killed and US farmers along the border being robbed and property destroyed..

He said we should put the marines on the border of Mexico and have them move south until we can find a border we can actually defend.. He figured it would be somewhere around the Panama canal... I looked at his wife and she said there would be many Mexicans who would fight along side the marines if the propaganda was handled right and state hood was offered at the end..

Like I told them, in some ways it may be a great plan but it will never happen IMO unless Mexico sets of a nuke or something equivalent on American soil.. Then no telling what would happen then.. however the result would not be pretty for all concerned.

Illegal Immigration and open borders are a true time bomb for any country; as many countries in different parts of the world are beginning to figure out, unless their leaders are part of the NWO and agenda 21 crowd...Even then there are rumblings from indigenous populations which have had enough of the open border B.S..
