This was mentioned in passing in another thread. Whoever did this needs to be found, charged, and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

This has absolutely nothing to do with Trump. Trump is not a suspect. Trump's associates are not suspects. Trump did not encourage or try to get people to do this. Trump did not condone this. Neither did Obama... or Bush... or anyone in the Federal government. This was an angry person (or persons, as I understand she had help) who just wanted to hate.

Just like the people who want to hate Trump.

This old man did nothing to deserve this beating. The link in the other thread did not say if he was legally or illegally here, but it does not matter in this instance. He was likely legally here, because he regularly visited his son in the US. But either way, that gives no one the right to attack him.

We seriously need to wake up. This is the same hate, the same unrelenting, unprovoked, unashamedly out of control hatred we see every day here on ATS, and this time it left an old man in the hospital. Who's next? When will this happen to one of us?

It will take a 90 year old man a long time to recover from injuries like that. If he ever recovers at all.

This was completely uncalled for. I thought most of us were taught to cherish and respect our elders.

Making it to 90 years old is a significant milestone.

correct. even if he was an illegal that hopped the border he does not deserve to be smashed for accidentally bumping into someone

Its really a shame a women lost her temper and now will go to jail for assault with a deadly weapon. A 3 or 4 year old boy will go into foster care as his mom serves time. All around sad situations
