That's hilarious. You know what I see when I watch the news? I see a bunch of lunatic, half brained imbecile democrats verbally and often physically beating down anyone and everyone who supported Trump. That, my deary, is what is encouraging division. It starts on the streets, not in the office. I don't know what rock you're living under, but it's not exactly acceptable to be a republican right now. Who would ever imagine getting kicked out of a restaurant because you support a particular person who is actively president....? I don't recall Obama or Hillary supporters being denied access to public places without fear of bodily harm.
