No, they are not. What law school taught you that? If they have discovered it on their own, they do however have to give their evidence to the authorities, if requested.

I am more of a debunker than a conspiracist. But you have to take pause with anyone that would stand up for crooked politicians and government officials. It is freighting to see people ignore the dangers of large government, the weaponizing of intelligence against citizens, and the deep state.

Secretive courts are the FISA courts and you have no evidence of abuse of the warrant process.

Are those courts possible examples of libertarian issues with the government? Absolutely.

There are several law enforcement agencies in the IC, yes. Whether they are "playing cop" or not is a rhetorical question.

I'm saying that PROOF the Washington PD's investigation's accuracy and integrity will only established in their successful solving of SR's murder.

Give us a credible suspect(s)...have him/them picked up/arrested/tried/convicted beyond a reasonable doubt...and their investigation will have been proven to be righteous.

Until then...no proof of anything has been established.
