Most walmart stock is made in China..maybe its China way of payback for the " skirmishes" over the disputed south china sea. Or more simply customer demand drives the product.

Its easy enough to wack up some 'lock up HRC' t shirts and sell em through Amazon

They sold a 3rd party vendor's hair net or skullcap or some damn thing under the color name "N#r Brown" not too long ago.
