Artwork featuring Waters’ face under the words “POVERTY PIMP” and “IMPEACH MAXINE WATERS” are popping up on bus benches and a pole outside Waters’ $4.8 million mansion in upscale Hancock Park — which is worlds away from the poverty-stricken district she represents. Her indigent constituents wonder aloud how she can afford the lavish, nearly $5 million house.

No, but Congress could expel her. Article 1, Section 5.2 of the Constitution says that if 2/3 of Congress votes to expel a member they can be expelled.
Based on remarks from Schumer, I don't think that Water's fellow reps are very pleased with her right now. She is making them all look bad, and making the Democratic party look bad.
If you add in petitions from voters asking for her removal, this could encourage some in Congress to act.
I'm not actually sure that the Republicans would vote her out. She is helping their party.

Inviting the democrat liberals to start chaos against republican politicians will only result in the far right conservatives starting to retaliate and targeting Democrat politicians. What Waters and others are doing is not good for our society. She needs to be removed from office through the correct process as quickly as possible. Something is wrong with her, she is not thinking correctly.

Senile dementia. She's basically a female version of that cranky old man who talks like he's going to beat up everyone who crosses him. She needs to be put in a nursing home, along with Nancy Pelosi who I suspect has advancing Alzheimer's.

Are your comments about CNN based on the Shorenstein Center's findings on Trump's First 100 Days?
What you're quoting is not what it says ... loosely speaking it found that all media coverage was negative about 80% of the time at the begining of his term.
Two things of note in this revelation. The first is the astonishing number of Democratic House members who not only belong to the Socialist Party of America, but even more incredible, don't mind if people find out about it

That's 70 out of 255 Democrats in the House who are avowed socialists. You also wonder how many are still in the closet.
