Maxine Waters expulsion

Seems the people of California have had it with these ignorant politicians pushing for civil violence,discord,now we have a petition to have her removed from office,this is a start,majority in Calif are hard working people and we are being taxed to death by these liberals and their socialist agenda,hope we can remove them all

No, but Congress could expel her. Article 1, Section 5.2 of the Constitution says that if 2/3 of Congress votes to expel a member they can be expelled.

Based on remarks from Schumer, I don't think that Water's fellow reps are very pleased with her right now. She is making them all look bad, and making the Democratic party look bad.

If you add in petitions from voters asking for her removal, this could encourage some in Congress to act.

I'm not actually sure that the Republicans would vote her out. She is helping their party.

I don't know if it's too late in the year. But in California the people can vote on laws and other measures during the elections in November. So if enough names were on a petition to have it on the ballet, then yes the people could remove her. I think the State legislature could also vote to remove her, though I think that may be less likely.

If Maxine Waters isn't removed by votes or by the laws on the books or some legal proceedings. I can see that it will only get worse because the public sees nothing but a corrupt inflammatory scumbag that holds a position of power.

The media may not be talking about it but I see alot people talking about now is this left and right bashing that has gone from uncivil to violent threats and could get worse.

All it would take to get people to go over the edge is a left or right supporter getting killed by the opposite side. There is no stopping that train once it is in motion. Just my observation.

I agree, she's a hazard and a Democratic danger to all who seek freedom. I have never liked loudmouths, and I can honestly say, she scares me.

Ole Mad Max is the best thing the Republican Party has going right now, besides Trump.

This isn't about politicians bad mouthing each other. It's about Waters advocating the harassment and public tormenting of political opponents. To quote Waters: "at restaurants, department stores, gas stations."

Do you agree with that?

Maxine needs to provide copies of her tax records to explain as to how she acquired her millions.

It doesn't add up and its easy to figure out. We all work and pay taxes. We can only accumulate a certain amount of money unless an outside event occurs such as inheritance, stocks hit it big, gambling and other.

Has and did Maxine receive dirty money? Now that's the question
