The first time I went to Maui, I was surprised of the airport security and signs everywhere. They were very strict about what's brought in. No snakes in Hawaii

And even the big Black spider with the yellow markings made the most interesting web configuration.

I'm sorry i'm being all dodgy. I feel weird talking about it. I never talked about it before, maybe to my closest friend. But she wouldn't understand. People on this forum would see and understand and might be able to give me more insight. (It's most likely nothing and i'm building it all up in my head lol)

No snakes in Hawaii

A python or garter snake is found now and then. Released contraband, but I wouldn't be at all surprised to find active populations. It's the tropics. Everything thrives given half a chance.

Those garden spiders are cool. I used to play with them when I was a kid. Until one bit me. They aren't really venomous, but truth be told, there are centipedes and scorpions because...tropical. Nothing deadly, but ouchy.
