No, I like to listen to new artists and I've just noticed that many sound exactly like the old artists of days gone by, that's all. Maybe I have lived so long that I have heard it all before.

The new artists I’ve listened to have their own sound going , but it doesn’t compare with some of the older stuff to me.

I've known this "kid" (he's 26 now) his entire life and he's been working hard since high school to "make it". His sound has changed numerous times over the years, I just hope it pays off for him (and his parents).

That is probably what it is - even my son's generation prefers the old stuff.
