Power struggle indeed. People say that Trump wants to be a dictator. If that were the case, he would have signed an order to have requested documents released to Congress, and the I.G. Report published. It's totally within his authority to do so.

If you go down that list and then research who the current Director or Secretary of those agencies are, from top to bottom, unless I missed some or read some wrong information, they all all either Republicans or fresh appointees by DJT.

Are you saying his people are rebelling against him? Or are you saying the almighty Deep State is so weak it got itself thrown out of every agency and part of the government, and now they fighting at the bottom level, causing a ruckus? That pesky deep state, someone call the exterminator!

And if they are all at the bottom level with no positions in power, how are they such a threat to a machine that holds all the threads and holds all offices in the government, from top to bottom -- the Republican Party.

And truly I am bewildered... but not surprised you didn't answer the question.

Will you please explain how the Deep State works, the way you refer to it? It does not match with my idea of it, as an all powerful, all intrusive, all pervasive shadow government, that has cultivated connections and positions for decades.

How do they get so easily replaced in every single part of the government? And if they are all replaced by Trump's people and none of those people are the deep state, how is deep state a threat?

14th June is the opening of the 2018 Singapore summit and twitter and alternative news sites have, for weeks, speculated that if the report is released during the summit, it's because the deep state do not want maximum exposure given to the IG report.

Ok, I guess you're not going to explain it and I don't know why. We're both obviously sitting here and typing, I'm asking a fellow member to explain in a couple of paragraphs what you refer to as the Deep State when you write about it.

It's not logical to me to think the deep state is an enemy but no part of the current government is the deep state, and they don't hold any positions of power as all positions are recently filled or already agreeable... yet they should be feared as more powerful than the government?

Help straighten this bewilderment out, with your words please, no anecdotes.
