Ya...it gets kind of self defeating when you have all these deep state crims looking for deals. Will any "big uns" ever fall down and do any serious time with all these backddor deals?

I see nothing wrong with giving McCabe immunity. He was not in control of the situation, he was following orders from above. Who the above is is the question, who are the ones way up in the group referred to as the deep state?

Well...we all know how this worked out with the others that were granted immunity.

Likely the same outcome here.

They always seem to have a way out. I think if he is granted immunity and lies then that immunity is taken away.....I think this may be the only way to get them in the end.

Mills and Combetta both lied after being granted immunity in addition to Mills instructing Combetta to modify VVIP email files that were under congressional subpoena.

I sure hope those items are eventually addressed.

If Horowitz has been let off the leash he had been kept on by the previous administration, things might turn out a tad differently...or so one hopes.

From what we know, it appears that Comey, and Lynch were the
ones at the top with Obama acting as the "ring leaders'.

He may have been given initial orders from above. Doesn't mean he didn't know or participate in extraneous orders/ideas from others that some of those above didn't know.

McCabe want's to be able to be hired to get his full pension.

Just wondering, not sure if you know, can McCabe just recieve immunity in regards only to testemony he reveals? It would be a shame to give him a get out of jail card with nothing in exchange. 'S & F!

He was neck deep politically because his wife was running for public office.

And, if he did not support "hiz ordaz" 100%, he could have said something.

He is 100% guilty of aiding in the anti-Trump agenda that included spying and lying.

This is BAD news!

At this point, we don't know what crimes the USAtty will file against McCabe based on the IG referral.

Why or how should an immunity exchange be appropriate? What about "NO DEALS"?
McCabe could be referred for capital charges and give up secondary felonies - would this be a valid exchange??

Give the Senate a way to subvert accountability and PUNISHMENT - and defeat President Trump on this issue... BAD!
Unless his testimony can ensure other, bigger fish are truly going to fry... then MAYBE...

There seems to be indications that Senator Grassley ( not a lightweight )
is asking for permission from the FBI for McCabe to be allowed to reveal
emails he has in his possession that prove Comey has lied, and McCabe
had informed him of the media leaks.

If this is true, and McCabe can produce the emails that will prove Comey
is lying, this could be explosive.

We know Comey has lied to Congress, Grassley has invited Comey
to testify as well. Time will tell....however imo no immunity should
be granted without proof of said information and maybe even then,
limited immunity.

Others show that they planned to set Trump up with lures in
