hey - its my opinion that a bite that parts a adult femur and results in loss of lower leg = the most significant factor in cause of death

There's an urban legend about how a guy took a swim in a lake to do some skinny dipping. as he had done as a teenager. Unfortunately, a snap turtle bit off his dangly bits. Apparently he had bought the turtle when it was first hatched and released it into the lake just before he went to college. For twenty years, that turtle had been alone in the lake.

Probably TMI, but if I am swimming in the ocean, a shark would only be able to grab my arms or legs.
