This is why I can't understand it. I tried to watch a segment of the show and talked about it in the OP.

Tv is scary. It think it's killing people's ability to reason and socialise.

At least you attempted watching the show to see if you were over reaching on it.

Those children are part of his family even if they are nephews and neices. When children watch such filth, mind you at such an impressionable age where the programming is encouraging the deviant behavior, they are more likely to become those suicidal trans that liberals re always trying to to defend.

If you don't want trans kids comitting suicide due to mental dysfunction , stop corrupting their minds by normalizing the behavior allowing them to watch freely on a regular basis which makes them think they're going trans.

Thats why it's okay for a family to bring about their rejections, dialogue has to be open for a better understanding of what that happy medium is, that people so often reject. You think it was more wrong of the OP to express their rejections to his family rather.l than the manner of name calling rebuttal?

An adult show like this is out of the question.

I will tell my own mother off if I come by the house and see she is letting my kids watch spongebob sissy pants during g their visit. A three week ban from seeing g my kids made here significantly more compliance to our strict. Viewing guidelines. No adult shows period, which should be obvious to Anybody with sense.

Family Guy should never be watched in front of children. Niehter should 99% of daytime talk shows.

the fact that adults are around showing approval for this show in front of your own child is enough reason to worry.
I agree with those who say pray for them, to open their eyes and to see. Try to be a good example but don't feel you need associate while they are being a bad example for your own child.

Eh, for what it's worth, my kids (9 & 10) have seen Family Guy & think it's boring lamesauce. It's not an uncommon POV, a lot of the kids in the neighborhood think it's lamesauce, it's not as popular with the minors as you think it is.

Better hope kids don't tune in to the Loveline podcast, modern wuss parent heads will explode.
Anybody remember when it was on late night radio? Back in the 90's? Remember how old you were when you started tuning in behind mom & dad's backs? Yep, me too, didn't ruin my 11 year old self any. Seriously, there was no underage kid alive in the 90's who didn't sneak in an explicit broadcast or two a week, get real.

A lot of this hysteria today can be elevated fairly quickly if people remember back to their own youths and remember what they watched/listened to. The world didn't burn over Looney Tunes/Merry Melodies violent/suggestive stuff, did it? I wince over more s# from those shows from the 60's & 70's than anything today, today's shows are much, much more on the PC straight & narrow than mom & dad's cartoons were.

These actors are simply attention whores who suffer from advanced body dysmorphia.

I don't want to type a million characters about it, but imo Millennials suffer from Body Dysmorphia at an alarming rate.

It's not just a matter of BD getting more media attention now, it's literally an epidemic when we see it in real life and starkly portrayed in media.

I can't comment on all the subtleties of the OP's exchange with his family. BUT I can give the meta-analysis of these family members mimicking the interactive style of the very same "icons" that OP is deconstructing. Is anyone surprised the OP got that over reaction?!?! It's not like he should expect a prep school style debate.

I want to live in a place where you can say to/about someone "don't you feel stupid?", merely stating the obvious.

Like, "hey buddy your fly is open", or "you have toilet paper stuck to your shoe". lol, the irony here is that both examples are things done on purpose by trannies.

I have a friendly judge friend who told me he'd write a book on how to insult someone legally. Keep it indirect, and give it as an opinion. "You appear to have XXX your YYY" is a way to keep it observational, and consistent with freedom of expression, which the "other" side relies upon.

The same word can be used to harm someone, "FU" verses "I don't give an F". In the law, your freedom ends where it's used to harm someone. Like, "you look like an idiot" verses "you are an idiot". Subtle difference, but it matters if you do not wish political correctness to control your speech. I never want to hurt anyone, but I reserve the right to laugh.

Ultimately I feel sorry for these people with BD. We sure see it a lot these days, some stemming from trans X, some from innocent role playing from comic strips like cosplay. Not usually a big deal, kids could dress up like a famous person for Halloween, a girl could be Abe Lincoln, which would be hilarious and healthy, etc etc.

But seriously, BD and PC go together like Corn Flakes and Milk. There is a pun in there. I feel sorry, but also know that pure embarrassment is the best motivator. When you metaphorically pull that veil off, the plight is revealed and clear to see, by everybody.
