No there wasn't, the story broke yesterday evening in MSM BST - two links 404'd (Mirror and Birmingham Live) on and off (still are) - it's the sane old coke and stella EDL bull# thinking that their sum total of 12 members warrant 'media blackout' on national security grounds and Yaxley-lennon/Aka Tommy's addiction to coke making him think he's still relevant.

I'm 10 hrs ahead of GMT so my 'this morning' is coming up to 18 hours ago. (currently 11pm Saturday evening here)

Standard court procedure, it's illegal to report details on it due to innocent until proven guilty and the right to a fair trial - the same procedure Tommy broke several times which caused millions to be wasted, trials to collapse and child offenders to walk free because EDL completely ignore the law.

No, it's UK Law. EDL and NWI's actions have caused dozens of trials to collapse via intimidation of jury, minor assualt on defendants, revealing identities in breach of court, breaking reporting restrictions, trying to storm Liverpool Crown Court and so on.

Contempt of Court is illegal. People have the right to a fair trial, even suspected child offenders (I use the term suspected meaning there's proof beyond doubt in most cases, but until a trial concludes you must respect the authority of the court and the legal process and allow a fair trial to take place.

This is the way the courts work for every case and person in the UK. No cameras inside or outside, no recording devices, no intimidating the jury, allow justice to take place and put the sick bastards doing it in jail.
