So, the accused doesn't have a right to directly face the person accusing them?
Because, keep in mind these are still merely allegations.

But their belief in and love for their country is something they should be proud of
If it was this, then I'd have been a member for years but sadly it's not.

BNP = British NATIONALIST Party
Nationalism does not equal racism. Try again.
By the way, Islam isn't a race. Again, it is a religion.
Nothing wrong with wanting to keep YOUR COUNTRY as YOUR COUNTRY

The UK doesn’t care about free speech and independent journalism, so this wouldn’t surprise me.
The judge seemed to think different.
'
Judge Norton went on: “This is not about freedom of speech or freedom of the press. This is not about legitimate journalism or political correctness. It’s about justice and ensuring that a trial can be carried out justly and fairly, and ensuring that a jury is not in any way inhibited in carrying out its important function.”

Can you define "racism" for me?
I don't believe you understand the meaning of the words you're saying. At least not in this case. And I say that respectfully. As respectful as I can be RE: brainwashing, anyhow.
I understand the word perfectly well. Attempts to redefine to non existence by bigots and racists not withstanding.
So criticizing Islam is racist then?

First of all, he has not been highlighting anything.
He accused the authorities of ignoring criminal offenses on the part of certain individuals, while those individuals were on trial for the very things that he was suggesting had been ignored, which is the most illogical position it is possible to take. You cannot stand in front of a courthouse, complaining that the law is refusing to deal with a thing, when that thing is actually passing through the court system at the time. Its simply not realistic to do so.
Furthermore, if he does die in prison, that will be one less piece of toxic filth that the people of this once great nation, have to deal with going forward.
Footage shows the large group waving St George flags as several men make their way to the top of the gates and pump their fists at onlookers. Scotland Yard told Metro.co.uk the protest, which later moved to Parliament Square, was under control and no arrests were made. However, photos show dozens of officers wrestling with supporters as they push towards the gates. Nearly 90,000 people have now signed a petition to ‘Free Tommy Robinson’ in just 24 hours. Which part of his behaviour? Probably the part where he created a false narrative designed to inspire anger and action amongst his support base, who have been known to cause violence. I am pretty certain that there are significant penalties involved with that sort of behaviour, as well as several directions from a legal perspective, from which he could, rightly, be attacked as a result of those actions.
If he did not wish the potential jail sentence, he probably should have chosen to do something else with his time.

Oh dear lord! Pointing out and denouncing the very loopholes and weasel words and actions that allow for this injustice is not a lack of understanding!!!! It's the ultimate understanding!!!
Keep protecting the abuse that continues for exactly the reasons you are defending. I won't. Our words will stand on their own merit.
And now I'm done with you.

So essentially, recording something the government doesn't like in public, warrants an immediate 13 month prison sentence.
To make matters worse, the government ordered a media blackout on the topic.
This is textbook fascism. Not fake fascism that the left often pushes but true fascism and witnessed throughout history.
This is imprisoning a citizen without trial for daring to report on a subject the government doesn't want reported.
Eerily similar to being taken away to a Russian gulag without trial for speaking against the USSR.
And like clockwork, some lefties in this thread show what we already knew, their true beliefs align with fascism, are almost in lockstep with the way in which the Nazi party came to rise in Germany. This is almost a death sentence for Tommy in a UK prison.

Funny how a few Brits came out calling Tommy a fascist/racist/bigot etc etc, yet they shown the rest of us who the real fascists are? Hitler would be very proud of the so called Anti Fascists in todays upside down world?
I still have some hope that the Brits who still value their heritage and values can fight back against this globalist cancer. I really do.....
