My guess is NO.

What is a soul, is it simply electromagnetic radiation of some kind or does it have a quantum element, is it higher dimensional or extra dimensional.

If parallel reality's exist and you exist albeit in slightly different forms' or reality's within them then does this other you have a link through the soul, is the vision of the future some people sometimes believe they have a result of a link to other reality's that are just ahead of us in causality and we receive an echo back from them either through the soul or some form of energetic dispersal of information which may leak between these reality's.

Now could it disrupt a soul, potentially but is that disruption even negligible and if so by how much and just how much of the quantum soul would it affect.

The only potential method of truly destroying a soul would be to destroy it by taking it to the event horizon of a true black hole, not just a brown hole and specifically one that existed and exists in all reality's that the subject soul or demon exists within (and that is older than the specific soul or demon), there by passing it into the event horizon and into the actual singularity itself it would be nullified but leave at least a trace of it's existence in a kind of echo of it's destruction BUT if a soul is higher dimensional it is perhaps possible that a black hole's event horizon would have no affect upon it.

It all depends upon what exactly a soul is and if it is actually something older than the universe then there is likely nothing within the universe that CAN destroy it but that does not mean that there is nothing outside the universe that can.

How many types of soul are there, how many reality's - parallel and other types - do they simultaneously exist within and how much do these multi reality entity's receive reinforcement form there own other selves, could they therefore reform even if you were able to disrupt a limited number of reality version's of themselves.

The bible say's fear not he whom can only harm your body but fear him that can kill the soul, that is actually God and I would imagine no one beneath him has that power.

I believe our being is in another dimension and we're basically piloting a semi-autonomous vehicle in this dimension. So no, I don't think any action in this universe would destroy our souls.

With the brain and nervous system as a kind of quantum interface, or is our body more like an egg of something we may become, is the soul born first or at the same time as the body - if it is not reincarnated.

A very good question.

In my time on ATS I came across what I thought was just a good sci-fi/ paranormal read, but in those webpages it answers your question. No a nuclear detonation will not destroy a "soul" but it does effect the MindBodySpirt complex after its earthly lifespan in such a way that the soul is unable to cope with what has happened to it and that an intelligence from a higher place must intervene to heal the "soul". Click Law Of One and settle in for one hell of a read, it mentions this subject relating to those in the Nagasaki and Hiroshima detonations.

In actuality there is only ONE of Us here and because We are reading this 'now' the answer is 'No'.

See You when We meld back together, We will have a hearty laugh over this.

Think I'm kidding? See: Bell's Theorem We are stuck together now forEVER

Edit: And I was punching this in and didn't even read "StratosFear" mention Law of One.

Matthew 10:28

English Standard Version

And do not fear those who kill the body but cannot kill the soul. Rather fear him who can destroy both soul and body in hell.

Only God can destroy your soul, so rest easy.

I think it's this.

I don't think the soul is "born" at all. I think the soul already exists in the other dimension and then it's temporarily given partial control over our bodies in this dimension. In Islam, our lives are simply a series of tests where we're given the chance to prove whether we deserve a spot in Heaven/Jannah or not. If we fail those tests, then we instead earn a spot in Hell/Jahannam.

So many people here have a strictly worldly view of "life", so it's understandable that they'd see it completely differently. But to me, this is all pretty simple.

So would immaterial mean that it did exist in a different dimension as it would be some kind of energy and have some form .

Immaterial, as I used it, means we haven't been able to measure it. As far as anyone knows, any person living now or that has lived on this planet in the past, there is no proof of a soul - which doesn't mean it doesn't exist, it could just mean our technology is not advanced enough to detect it.

However, as we've never detected it and people still believe in it, it must be immaterial.

Personally, I have no clue if it exists or not. It's a nice idea, afterlife and all that, but there is zero proof of it. As there is no proof of a soul, I went with what makes sense to me -- immaterial, in order to answer your question.

And as immaterial, I don't think it would interact with matter.

Spirit is animal
Soul is plant

I would say:

Mineral is material
Plant is life
Soul is animal
Spirit is human.

Energy can neither be created nor destroyed. It can only be transferred or changed from one form to another.

The soul is actually the body and spirit together as one, the hand in the glove sort of thing. So in one way..yes but in another way no. The spirit is of a substance which is not a part of this universe we call mortality.....or I should say it is not from this level of space in the multiverse of infinite levels or divisions.
We are not at the lowest level of these divisions in our mortal state, but our spirit comes from a state much, much higher and exists outside the influence of the physical world which is sometimes called Telestial. The matter which makes up our spiritual self's cannot be destroyed, because it is indeed part of the substance which holds the universes together.
I understand your question, I have pondered it myself because of the multidimensional effect of that much energy being released at a single point in time and space. I think the only reason we do not see more of a physical effect on time in the places these devices were used is because the earth and the solar system and the galaxy is constantly changing location with the passing of each moment. I hope, I should say, that if we could observe the exact location in space occupied by the earth where these devices were actually detonated we might see an effect which might be spectacular. However even if we waited for the 230 million years for the sun to make a complete journey around the galaxy we still wouldn't be in the exact same spot as we travel through Laniakea's pathways .
There is the question though, that such events, like nuclear explosions might follow our course through space time, and stretch and distort.
One thing I have always felt...some of the nuclear testing wasn't trying to make a better bomb, but research in opening time. I feel the super colliders are the children of this research and provides access to space time without the need for the explosion. Yet it seems certain . . . there are other things not being shared with the rest of us. Sorry I got a bit off the question......just a collection of my thoughts.

Good question........Thank you

Thars assuming the soul is your corporeal form.

In order to destroy souls knowledge would need to be advanced enough to know what a soul is. If there was a soul destroying device, you can bet it would be weaponized and used for control.

I would also say No, or that only God can destroy the soul. However, it makes you wonder if a nuke has a ripple effect into other dimensions or energy fields that we cannot measure.. Perhaps it detonates into 'beyond our realm'? what could the consequences be? Terrifying thought.

IMO, No. An average soul has the energy of a star.

Some souls are brighter than others. Some souls are darker than others.

Yes.

Nuclear explosions permeate into that realm too, one of the reasons why 'obvious UFO activity' kicked up a notch once we started testing nukes.
