Weiner is currently in jail for the "sexting" charges.

Search warrant for Weiner’s electronic devices unsealed

Disgraced congressman Anthony Weiner handed his electronic devices over to a private investigations firm based in Manhattan as the fed probe​​ into his sexting with a minor was heating up in 2016, newly unsealed federal court documents show.

A 2016 search warrant for Weiner’s devices was unsealed in Manhattan federal court on Thursday along with an attachment describing the parameters of the search into Weiner’s communications with minors.

The warrant, signed on September 26th 2016, ordered FBI agents to search three of Weiner’s devices: an iPhone and iPad and a laptop computer — all of which had been “transferred” by Weiner to Granite Intelligence, based in midtown Manhattan, three days earlier, according to the papers.

As for what the rest of the material on those devices is, I suspect it will be enough to get some people in trouble. Unless, of course, the FBI just covers it all up. But they would never do something like that... oh, wait. Sigh

The warrant specifically mentions searching for improperly-stored classified defense data. I'm pretty sure that neither Wiener nor Huma would be authorized to have such data. It would have to have come from Hillary Clinton.

Huma Abedin is in a world of trouble. Each instance of classified information can be a separate and discreet charge filed against her. She could be looking at centuries of prison time even with minimum sentencing per charge.

Comey found none were broken by Hillary... this seems to be directed at Weiner and Abedin, neither of whom Comey issued a statement over. It's very likely that Hillary violated the law but will allow her woman and husband-in-law to go down over it.
