trying to trivialise someone's suicide to fit your conspiracy is pathetic, people commit suicide all the time that don't get media coverage, it is disingenuous (like mostly all of the Q Proof) to just appropriate things that are unrelated to fit your narrative after the fact.

US nuclear commander Tim Giardina fired amid gambling investigation

The deputy commander of US nuclear forces, Vice Admiral Tim Giardina, was notified Wednesday that he has been relieved of duty amid a military investigation of allegations that he used counterfeit chips at an Iowa casino, the Navy said.

The move is exceedingly rare and perhaps unprecedented in the history of US Strategic Command, which is responsible for all US nuclear warfighting forces, including nuclear-armed submarines, bombers and land-based missiles.

Hi daskakik, as you name dropped me I thought i'd give some insight to my logic and use of probability when deciding whether to look for hidden messages. Herewith, in relation to the sub pic - logic first then guesstimate on filename decode:

LOGIC
1) Camera software often uses HEXADECIMAL or base 128/256 to create filenames. HEXADECIMAL converted to ASCII characters can give a meaningful text string. One can equally create or rename a filename using hexadecimal to hide a message.

2) Filenames ending in "..." are not worth decoding because the name has been truncated so incomplete input data.

3) When investigating the NOVA vids in previous threads, we have shown that significant messages can be found:
NOVA vid eg HEX string converts to "DELTA TEAM OPEN COMMS 59 SEA 7.3////_///". (ASIDE - I stored this url at the time and the title has now been changed to Chinese characters!!!)

4) The sub pic filename is unusual because:
a) It is not HEXADECIMAL because it includes the letters S and V - HEX is only A-F, 0-9. To autogenerate a filename containing only alphanumeric uppercase leters the software would have to use base35 which is very unlikely.
b) It is very unlikely to be auto-generated base 128 or 256 as those do a straight ASCII conversion which includes characters like "_-$!>/". Alphabet&numbers only use 61 of 256 ASCII characters, therefore the odds of one character being alphanumeric are about 1 in 4. The odds of getting 26 alphanumeric characters for the whole filename are 6.18748e-17 approx. Verrrrry long odds!

5) Whilst I agree that the filename comes from a journalists report, it is very unlikely that the journalist went out and took the picture of the sub. Much more likely that the pic was given by a source in same way MSM are given 4am talking points/leaks by CIA at 4am. Therefore Q team could have provided source pic and the journalist would have to keep provided filename or they would be corrupting source data?

6) Given that we have a possible message in a filename - does the contents look relevant to subject of our investigations in this thread and then does it make sense?

GUESSTIMATE
Following from point (6), the filename includes following relevant substrings:
HA= Huma Abedin
OWNBF = possibly whitehats own Huma's ex bf John Cusack?
ES = Eric Schmidt or Edward Snowden
RED = Red October from Q posts. Research related this to submarines in past!
D5 = In Q post and previously researched to relate to avalanche category.
6N = possibly Nov 6th?

Does it make sense? Not yet... but combine the probabilities from:
a) Logic steps 1 to 6
b) relevant substrings

... and it becomes highly UNLIKELY that this is a random filename!

Damn Ob1, that is grim to say the least.

On a lighter note. I'd like to point out my excitement over the NK event. Awesome, I cannot grasp the "opposite" polarity talking points or how anyone can buy into them. NK was broken up for a reason, a VERY dark area was transformed and we are all better for it in ways we will soon understand. Most have only lived with that dark, very sad indeed.
