Legally, what's the best scenario for arrest of a "trader"?

Legally, the system has to treat everyone charged with similar crimes in the same manner. If it doesn't, the prosecution can run afoul of the Due Process provisions of the Constitution, thereby creating a civil rights violation situation.

It's when people are treated differently that problems arise: How come s/he gets treated favorably when I don't?

In fact it's this dual system - "them" and "the rest of us" - that we her are all trying to destroy.

Yeah there was a lot of weird stuff posted including Antarctica's SKYICE and the usual race baiting BS. The current Bread #1955 smells also moldy and CM's trip got "hacked". I'm sensing a lot of panic,fear and desperation from the clowns. Q is still the same though if that is any comfort to you. I expect some drops today.

JA was BC17 all along. Q spread disinformation when they told us it was a Fake and pay no attention. All the current ecuadorian embassy BS seems to be theatrics to conceal the departure of JA. I had my suspicions but i kept them to myself and awaited confirmation hence my [V] Chess post. They are definitely reading this board. Say hello guys and gals.

What makes me think it's really him: after "outting" himself on BC17, it was reported he wanted to meet with Schiff to talk. The media had been silent about him up until then.

The Back Channel can be taken quite literally. I'm not sure when JA was exactly extracted but it probably correlates with the internet and communication cutting smoke screen. BC17 is gone now but i think it popped up around the same time. This could also be a reference to [X]. Not really hard to find out who it is but it no longer matters anyways.
