Outside of the obvious ( plugging out from all media outlets ,WIFI) and getting out in nature ..
If you for various personal reasons can’t afford to do that - how to you function in the midst of it all and still maintain a positive outlook ?
I think it’s crucial we all have those outlets and stay as positive as possible . Because no matter how challenging life can be , it’s always worth living ! And living it to its fullest
