No, he needed to be scolded publicly like a child first on twitter or any other media outlet by a strong leader (President Trump), to realize he was/is a fat little rocket kid. Then you start negotiating with the upper hand. Very much unlike our last president who came in bowing and apologizing. Or sending billions of our tax dollars! (Iran)
