Right now, I can only think of three.
1) Any politician accused of passing any law that runs contrary to the Bill of Rights will face imprisonment and asset forfeiture upon conviction followed by life long revocation of citizenship, and permanent exile from the United States. Subsequent trespassing upon American soil will result in life imprisonment.
2) Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of BUSINESS, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof.
3) No substance may be scheduled, restricted, or controlled.

3) The power of the national military shall be dissolved and delegated fully to the states. Involvement in war is a state decision.
