It means they leak like a sieve and it could endanger ongoing investigations. He is willing to talk to hik about it. Or so he says. Just not give him documents

The intelligence committee backs this stance. So theres no real constitutional issue.

Ellis shot back that Dreeben's explanation effectively means that the Justice Department was "not really telling the truth" about the investigation, according to Reuters.
