Donald Trump Calls Sleeping Around, Avoiding STDs His ‘Personal Vietnam’ in Resurfaced 1997 Interview
“I’ve been so lucky in terms of that whole world,” Trump told Stern of avoiding STDs. “It is a dangerous world out there. It’s scary, like Vietnam. Sort of like the Vietnam era. It is my personal Vietnam. I feel like a great and very brave soldier.” (Trump)

When people say that Pres Obama was a socialist or a communist, they lose all credibility w/me on the subject. Why would a true socialist or communist stack their administration with Wall Street figures (particularly from Goldman Sachs)? And why would a true socialist or communist double down on that by helping bail out capitalist Wall Street with the second half of the TARP bailout, and then bail out our domestic auto industry just to be sure that our capitalist economic system didn't collapse?
He's literally done more to prop up Wall Street and American capitalism than most people in this entire country, much less the people on ATS.

Sounds like you don't understand socialism or communism. A very rich (and small) elite are the staple diets of both systems.

Umm, try again. I'm an actual socialist so your rabble has no effect on me.
Although it's quite telling that anti-socialists normally attack socialism for "sharing the wealth" and for "making people lazy because they get free stuff without having to work for it". Yet now you're trying to argue what appears to be the opposite.
Why would a communist try to prop up the heart of the capitalist system? It's like you completely overlooked the half-a-century long series of wars known as the "Cold War" and the outright hostility communists have for Wall Street, London's financial center, etc. And why would a socialist bail out the most powerful and likely the most corrupt capitalist entities in the country? A true socialist would've used the opportunity to seize control of those banks and then split the ownership of them equally among their workers and/or the taxpayers (since taxpayers paid for the bailouts, that would've made us investors in the bailed out firms).
McCain’s main tragedy is that he didn’t learn the one lesson he should have learned about his time in Vietnam, and didn’t turn his back on warfare. Instead, he turned into the biggest and loudest pro-war campaigner in Washington for decades. Talk about a missed opportunity, a life wasted. If there was one person who was presented with the first-hand experience needed to turn against bloodshed, it was John McCain.
