To all my brothers and sisters I hope you have had a good May1st - a very important holiday in some circles. In Hastings East Sussex they celebrate this with the brilliant Jack in the Green Festival. This year it's running from 4th to 7th July. The highlight has to be the slaying on the Jack on the old ley line that runs through Hastings Castle

For more information on Jack on the Green see link below

Prior to the slaying everone follows a procession through Hastings Old Town all the way up to the castle..The procession scence from the Wickar man should give you a very good insight as to what happens prior to events in the Castle

The goings on at Bohemian Grove are tame to what goes on at this festival, Im not even going to go into what happens on the East hill prior to all this happening. Sun and Pagan gods are alive and well in this South eastern village

Nothing to be proud of, Play and pay.

James 4:3-4 (Phi) You don't get what you want because you don't ask God for it. And when you do ask he doesn't give it to you, for you ask in quite the wrong spirit--you only want to satisfy your own desires. You are like unfaithful wives, never realizing that to be the world's lover means becoming the enemy of God! Anyone who chooses to be the world's friend is thereby making himself God's enemy.

Jethro Tull

Have you seen Jack-In-The-Green? With his long tail hanging down. He quietly sits under every tree in the folds of his velvet gown. He drinks from the empty acorn cup the dew that dawn sweetly bestows. And taps his cane upon the ground signals the snowdrops it's time to grow.
