A poll taken on April 22, 2018 had Trump’s approval rating among black men at 11 percent, while the same poll on April 29, 2018 pegged the approval rating at 22 percent

The Dems are shaking in their boots.

Trump has cracked open the Democrat Plantation doors and the slaves are breaking free, free to have their own thoughts.

What an historic time. Trump's 15 dimensional chess makes one move on the board named Kanye West and the unimaginable happens.

Where ever he can't be stonewalled, bogged
down or sand bagged? He runs away with
success. We need more people just like
him in DC.

Can we clone this guy?

I was going to start a thread, but didn't get around to it... Kanye tweeted out some quotes from Thomas Sowell which is HUGE. He literally exposed millions of people to one of the greatest economist and thinkers... EVER. A black man, Thomas Sowell.

The worst thing that could happen for liberals is people start investigating and developing their own thoughts and start to leave the Democrat victimology behind.

So polls are fake... unless they're in favor of him?

If you ignore recent election history then this comment makes sense.

Otherwise, you should try harder when building a strawman.

A poll taken on April 22, 2018 had Trump’s approval rating among black men at 11 percent, while the same poll on April 29, 2018 pegged the approval rating at 22 percent. It should be noted that Reuters only sampled slightly under 200 black males each week...

So in one week it went from 22 black men to 44? I'm less than impressed.

That's awesome that you equate these black people to slaves. By the way, I'm glad to hear that these guys are "thinking for themselves" by following the Kanye trend. That's what thinking for yourself means, right? Following trends and herds?

That's literally the only thing I think when I see polls posted by conservative posters.

I wonder how much of the increase is a direct result of Kanye's influence... and of those who were influenced by Kanye, how many actually changed their minds and how many just decided it was okay to say so now.

Would have been interesting if they had asked about Kanye at the same time.

I don't really care what a person thinks.

It's just good to see a trend (?) where people are moving away from a mindset where they want to be told what to think.

With the way Democrats have treated Kanye for saying positive things about Trump:

Might as well call it for what it is.

Aside from being racist it was also hacked by Russia.

I say we send the gangs to Russia to sort things out.

I guess it needs to start somewhere... Kanye might be a free thinker, but most are herd mentality. What changes people is what they feel is important to pay attention to, and in this case it might be Kanye instead of CNN/FOX/MSN 24/7 propaganda fire hoses.

Kanye suggests that blacks need to think/act for themselves and not sit back and wait for the Government to take care of them which in a sense enslaves them to the Government. 99% of narratives on the news are events that have zero impact on our personal lives but seem to take up most of our thoughts...Spend time worrying and taking care of oneself and family instead of being pissed off over things that at the end of the day really means nothing to one's personal success.

This is not a good message for the left that feel that government subsistence living is the best choice for so many Americans, with black's leading the percentages... People start to think about better ways for their lives and they might just change their voting history...

Such sample numbers along with a doubling of support can indeed point to significant change.
That said, we should wait to see if the data is borne out in the future. It might just be an outlier.
